Tesla advertised being entirely powered by renewables, presumably mostly the solar panels on the roof of the factory (tooling in there likely represents the bulk of the energy consumed). There could be some accounting sleight-of-hand if there are no solar panels on office roofs. However, solar is a lot cheaper and they presumably have access to a lot, so I doubt it. I think a better question is: could the heat be re-used, for example, to warm water in bathrooms? Capturing waste heat from computing centers with heat pumps seems like a very doable approach and a practice that is both responsible and profitable.
