honestly, i apply for many jobs but i don't get any positive responses. sometimes no response. i have 15 years across 5 companies, two of them faang. albeit the latest one as a contractor. this is why i felt its an ageism issue, or perhaps the market is so over-saturated that i'm just being filtered by some automated system. but i don't want to play the keyword game, i feel it's kind of undignified.
