I built a GIF maker Add captions to the GIF easily
- howtomakeaturn 4y agoI'm a web developer based in Taipei. I like memes & GIFs so I built an online GIF maker! It becomes quite popular in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and some other Asian countries. https://memes.tw/en/gif-maker https://memes.tw/en/gif-maker I translated the website into English. (not finished yet, but should be enough to use) Hope you guys will like it!
