There was (or is?) a guy in Vancouver who would stroll around his neighborhood singing opera at full volume. I’ve had lots of conversations with people who bring him up in groups and we all trade stories the first time we heard him, and we called him Opera Man. I don’t know anyone who didn’t find it delightful. Edit: I found this little piece on him.
