These self-improvement charlatans keep repeating these tired old mantras about how hard work is the solution to everything. Billions of people toil their asses off, literally off just to barely afford a damn roof over their head. Being able to afford to live shouldn't even be a competition, but calling people lazy and weak for not busting their asses off is misguided. It's on par for a boxer turned influencer, but this boneheaded bullshit he is grifting with won't actually help people. Acting manly is not the answer to every problem either, or explain Russian men and their low life expectancy then. "always bet on the competitor who has the greatest will power, work ethic, and desire to be a winner." The most successful people I know personally made it where they are because they were born 50 years ago, they were in the right place at the right time, they found a profitable niche and they networked. It's really about the opportunities. Obviously many people would still screw their opportunities up and you need a work ethic to see things through, but without opportunities work ethic is worthless.
