- koinedad 4y agoThe title is kind of click baity… I can’t remember the last time I bought a book through the kindle directly. It’s much slower
- geoah 4y ago> Affected Kindles are the fourth- and fifth-generation models, which came out in 2011 and 2012, as well as the Keyboard and International models. I wonder if they just plan on stopping pushing new versions to these devices and the shop feature needs constant updating.

- lbwtaylor 4y agoI prefer to buy books on another device anyway, so I wouldn't say the device is pointless, but it certainly isn't great.
