The only reason WW3 hasn't happened yet is weapons of mass destruction. All major players have wmds, if they admit to it or not. Or they could assemble/build their wmd within days. What seems likely to me is USA has a civil war incoming. They've been at war for decades and their war exhaustion is maxed out. Trillions spent in the middle east killing innocent brown people and back at home? Busted roads. USA seems to need a civil war.
