- SideburnsOfDoom 4y agoIt is no co-incidence that the book "The Field Guide to Understanding 'Human Error'" By Sidney Dekker contains case studies mostly drawn from aircraft incidents. They're less numerous than car crashes, but more impactful and better understood.
