- allears 4y agoThis headline is misleading. The judge approved only 1 request out of more than 20, preventing Musk from going on a fishing expedition. The ruling is seen as unfavorable to Musk, and sends the nessage that the case will be decided on narrower grounds than Musk would prefer.
