Details (but still only a very abstract high-level description) for each algorithm can be looked up on https://beian.cac.gov.cn/ https://beian.cac.gov.cn/ using either the 主题名称 or 备案编号 columns of the aforementioned table. If you try to use the 备案编号, note that it apparently needs to be formatted as 网信备案[some number]号, entering just the number didn't work when I tried it.
