Office equipment reimbursement, especially for those earlier in their careers who can’t order a Herman Miller and a standing desk on a whim. A decent cowork space membership I think would be nice for those who might wish some social interaction. Snack box deliveries? Periodically flying everyone (or least, whole teams) into the same place for retreats, meet and greet, socialization etc is crucial. You could also combine this with your training and development budget and get people out to conferences etc.
