Very flexible hours. I have them, and it's very useful. I can break up my day, work at night, whatever. I attend meetings whenever they're booked through the day, but otherwise work as I want and track my time with a tool to ensure I'm playing fair. I also take time to socialize a decent amount with other developers. I justify this for the company by not spending my worst hours (when tired or distracted) sitting at the desk and having low productivity; 9-11AM usually aren't great for my focus.
