Sundar recently said that GOOG hired a ton of people in recent years but earnings have not kept up. There is apparently a productivity crisis. I predict that Silicon Valley is switching to 5 days/week in the office by next year.
- sircastor 4y agoI’m willing to bet that it won’t fix the productivity crisis. The trouble (at least with Google and Facebook) is a matter of aimlessness. They don’t know what to do, and they thought throwing engineers at the problem would solve it.
