What's more surprising to me is that they haven't yet deleted the thread. This has happened many times in the past (customers complaining about widespread defects on Apple's support forum) and Apple usually deletes the threads or moderates them down enough to make it look plausibly deniable. My guess is that the current class action will probably look unfavourably upon such an action given there are more eyeballs on the matter and people have probably already scraped it by this point.
