Not trying to be facetious but value on paper does not automatically translate to value in the real world. You can throw billions at a problem and not end up creating any net value. It happens all the time (ahem, government). But to answer your question, I do think thousands of companies and individuals have gotten immense value by choosing to do their work at WeWork.
