Yes! I finished in about 4 years. After that, I only did Bunpro (I had neglected grammar too much, but did have a good N5 I'd estimate). After about a year of that I started reading. First book was a slog at the beginning, so much dictionary look up (thanks kindle). But, now I'm happily reading to my heart's content. That said, I have forgotten some kanji that aren't as common. It's not typically a big issue though because context! (and they're just not common) But I'm planning to go back through Wanikani focusing on what I've forgotten soon.
