Analysis: What is and what is not a sanctionable entity in the Tornado Cash case
- verdverm 4y agoWe can adjust the laws so that addresses without people can still be sanctioned. This is new territory and obviously the laws were written prior to this. The action appears to be in the spirit of the lawmakers intention.
