If unfinished stories just roll over in to the next sprint, is there any point to the sprint?
- antonvs 4y agoOne point is to identify what work the team is supposed to be focused on, and help avoid arbitrary distractions.
- pas 4y agoestimation. you can look back over the previous sprints and see how much on average has been done in one. then you do reference class estimation of the incoming tasks. (story points are used for this.)
