'If I was president I would'
'You're not wrong, but'

'The thing is'
'Google should'
'Basically what I'm saying is'
'The only caveat is'
'Buyer beware'
'Without sounding like'
'The truth is'
'In all honesty'
'As a matter of fact'
- euroderf 4y agoThe phrase "The fact of the matter is..." is only ever used dishonestly. If I had a talk show, any guest who used this phrase would immediately have his/her mic cut and out the door they go.
