I agree a lot of podcasts are just rehashing the same sets of ideas. The same can be said about books released these days - most of these books should be a ten page article at best. That said, there are definitely gems waiting to be discovered. The trick here is to spend some time looking for podcasts and episodes. For example - there is this podcast called elite man podcast. Most of the episodes are duds and the host also has weird opinions about vaccines, Trump etc. But there are a few really nice guests on the podcast. I don’t recommend the podcast, but some episodes sure are worth listening to.
