Robbery also includes threat of violence, or actual violence.
- Broken_Hippo 4y agoIt doesn't Have to include threats of violence or acts of violence: It simply usually does. It does Always include theft of goods, though. This man wasn't stealing things, but rather trying to get his own cash. Despite the violence, this wasn't robbery.
