An aside: I find it strange that the article from CTV chose to focus on the big picture while the this article from AP News focused on a handful of examples. They both also happened to be published within days of each other: the AP News one on August 11th 2022, and the CTV one on August 13, 2022. I think anyone here can appreciate the startling difference in reporting from the two sources independent of their personal beliefs on the topic given that the dates of publication are so very close.
