S.F. developer hits brick wall in bid to turn Tenderloin lot into housing
- senttoschool 4y agoQuestion. I haven't been in SF for many years. Is SF still desperate for housing? I ask because rents and home prices south of San Francisco have mostly equaled or surpassed San Francisco. San Francisco is also now significantly behind NYC in rental prices, after being ahead for much of 2010s.
