- tiahura 4y agoWe’ll they can sue even if 0 bits are lifted. In either case they won’t win because it’s fair use. And before you say we don’t know how the courts will rule, the chances that the Supreme Court would effectively knee-cap an emerging technology like GPT-4 is 0. Especially considering the last factor of fair use - the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.
