"results worse than the disease" by what measurement?
- badpun 4y agoInflation getting out of control which will disproportionally affect poor people in Africa, Asia etc. Whereas we might have to get less nicer car on our next trade-in, they might not be able to get enough food. Plus, if the strained economy results in even just one war, the deaths and suffering from it alone will probably be greater than the lives saved via covid response.
- postsantum 4y agoFor children for sure. Two years of lockdowns and wearing useless masks caused psychological damage and impaired learning. Not a good trade-off
