I assume the Gravitaional Wave telescope was stood down for Covid. Have they been upgrading it again, ideally there would be cover to detect all incoming waves

I assume the Gravitaional Wave telescope was stood down for Covid.
Have they been upgrading it again, ideally there would be cover to detect all incoming waves, but there’s need to be more telescopes to take some off line for maintenance.
