Why not make a custom build that connects to a local server? The Air Force can probably pay whatever fee you ask if they want it enough.
- bandrami 4y agoI argued that but it kept running in to some contractual problem that was several miles above my paygrade (I think the short version was it had to meet their definition of COTS which precludes any kind of custom build).
