Circling the wagons and the tendency towards tribalism in academia
- anonymousDan 4y agoEnough with the taxpayer funded bullshit already. Some stuff is taxpayer funded, some isn't. So what? UK universities are apparently private institutions, or at least that's what we're told when it comes to staff pensions. You can't have it both ways. This line of argument is completely orthogonal to whether the research is unethical.
