Does it change your stance if I reveal that I "must" was a typo and I meant "most"
And that hard engineering is what we keep?
- etrautmann 4y agoI think that's a fair perspective, though I also think it's hard to know what has value and we need to invest in high risk high reward projects in addition to those pushing for incremental progress. When I think about designing a nation's scientific portfolio, It's not obvious to me what we pare back on without the benefit of hindsight.
