I do 4 hour long OReilly trainings. These are to about 100 people online you can't see or hear. The first time I did it, it was so stressful that I couldn't stand up afterwards - my legs were so tired. I also needed to switch my brain off afterwards, so drank quite a lot of alcohol. Let nobody tell you that desk work is not physically demanding work!
