I mean that sincerely - if these aren’t the kind of problems that bring meaning to you in your career, or if you need your career to give you something more than a paycheck, then maybe this just isn’t the place for you. Or, perhaps you should consider using your tech skills in the NGO / non-profit world? The money won’t be as good (probably), but perhaps you’d get greater emotional meaning from the work?
