There is a lot of good stuff. What am I missing? For example: > We managed to partially flip the organizational culture around through clarity and being consistent in communication which resulted in other engineering teams coming to us for advice, education, and mentoring. It might be cliche, but not enough VP Engineering / leaders do this kind of stuff. They either don't, or try and fail because it is too hard.
