- jfengel 4y agoI'm not a betting person, but various sources suggest that he retained some classified nuclear material that was supposed to go to the Archives. That makes it sort of both: a serious security breach but unlikely to result in any charges. He'll claim persecution no matter how blatant the mis-handling, and they won't find it worth the trouble to prosecute him over it once the materials are retrieved.
