Thanks for your advice. My co-founder is moving to New York at the end of the month, he works in post production, the industry we're targeting and he will more than likely make some valuable contacts. Having read everyones comments I totally agree that worldwide exclusivity would be a foolish mistake.

I'm not sure New York is going to be a great help unless you're targeting news shows / talk shows. Los Angeles is the main post production hub.
