I am sorry, I haven't had the time to look into the details of these slides. But I am not saying there aren't some great ressources around here. These books and articles (that I talked about) can still offer some good insights. Generally, to gain a deep understanding of a particular subject, you need to read a lot of books and articles (each giving its own insight), try to work the equations out by yourself and teach it to someone else.
