He added “I don’t believe the FCC fully appreciated the benefits LTD Broadband would bring to hundreds of thousands of rural Americans.”" Except of course the facts suggest the exact opposite, where the FCC very much appreciated the benefits that you "would" bring, so much so as to select you as one of two potential contract recipients, but has determined that you lied during the bid and in reality can't bring what you claimed you'd be able to bring.
