- sio8ohPi 4y ago> the judge set the trial for September. This is incorrect. September is a hearing on defendants' motions to dismiss. Not especially relevant, but of mild interest: this case is with Judge Alsup (of Oracle v Google).
- 3np 4y agoThe BBC reporting only mentions a lawsuit targeting OnlyFans, with subpoenas for Meta, and quotes hinting at more to come. According to OP, Meta is now also a defendant.
