Oh yeah. Just get a small storage box, drill some holes in the lid to hold the plants in net cups, stick a small water fountain pump at the bottom, and build a pvc manifold with some sprayers. Hook it up for a timer that's 5 minutes on, 10 minutes off, and you're done. It's super easy. You do have to watch the water level.
