- memco 4y agoAs others mentioned this could be helpful by forcing other ISPs to improve their products. I’m in the Seattle suburbs: we have two ISPs one has data caps and the other has a max of 100Mbps. There’s one fiber company that’s expanding in WA but mostly only outside of the Seattle area. It’ll be a long time before there’s any significant improvement even though there’s lots of people and tech here unless pressure increases from competition.
