Electronic Monitoring and Surveillance in the Workplace

  > Excessive monitoring has negative psycho-social consequences including increased resistance, decreased job satisfaction, increased stress, decreased organisational commitment and increased turnover propensity. I want to track companies that leverage or have leveraged such technologies. This is one of the most important topics for me as an employee. I want my employer to be goal oriented, otherwise I have to waste my time. But information here is scarce. You only see that there apparently are a lot of customers for these monitoring solutions. I want to know how the employers use them. This is most relevant to evaluate the trust the companies has in its employees and how toxic the work environment is.
