NPR was significantly biased even in the late 90s, when they went all-in on Greenspan's idea that we shouldn't reduce, but increase our national debit. Day after day they pushed this narrative with absolutely zero opposing economic viewpoints.
The same pattern happened in the 2000s, with the Iraq war of choice. The drumbeat was ever present, hour after hour with no opposing discussion.
NPR has been an echo chamber for some time now. Which "old NPR" do you miss? Were they different in the 80s or 70s ?
