Strong linting helps a lot.
It is much easier for people to accept criticism from an automated linter than a bunch of nit-pick comments from a real person. It also avoids wasting the reviewer's time.
If people disagree on a linting rule, the team can decide together to change it, but it keeps that one person from introducing their personal unique style everywhere.
I'm not saying it is the only thing (unit tests should almost always be included), but linting, as annoying as it can be at first, has been a huge time saver when it comes to code reviews.
