I addressed the issue of sitting in front of a zoom call and everyone having there cameras disabled. People can be addressed and asked to enable them and they will. I also have a few regular syncmeetings with a few critical colleagues which also helps a lot. I will not go back to the office and I will not do the 2-3 days per week in the office dance.
