  Thats awesome. Is this common practice for corporate-owned complexes? And they obviously don't charge you anything extra to use a card? I've always rented from individuals, so don't have experience.

    wrt common practice: I don't think so. They added this feature quite recently (a year or so ago).

  Same here. Getting 1% back on rent is pretty cool.
