I'm not so sure about this...I guess maybe there's some project specific stuff, but the good projects are semi stable and oftentimes it's just PyTorch code that you can pull and use elsewhere if needed. Other people's infrastructure always seems bad to me, as I'm sure mine does to others. The cycle and circle of life! :D
