I've been using shairport-sync to receive audio from my iPad while working. It has proven a really convenient means to turn my iPad into a 2nd display for watching videos. I've been wanting to use this on Windows as well but had no luck getting sound to work with WSL last time I tried. This new app looks like a promising cross-platform replacement.
