California, for one. But it doesn't matter, EVs need about 60% more carbon up front. Until you have 100% clean electricity supply and greener, longer lasting batteries, they can't recover that deficit.
- frumper 4y agoI live in California and have heard of no such proposals. Can you link to one? It does matter, you claimed it. It makes it sound like your arguments are just bogus if you claim your own arguments don't matter.
