Weird to phrase it as "Axios agrees to sell itself" rather than "Cox buys Axios"; I guess NYT thinks no one has heard of Cox.
- smt88 4y agoI actually don't think it's common knowledge that Cox is a conglomerate with multiple unrelated businesses. Most people would know them as their ISP, and that's not even necessarily a huge portion of the country.
