TeamCity Pipelines – New CI/CD from JetBrains
- politelemon 4y agoIt's not clear to me from the blurb if this is a cloudy CI/CD solution hosted by Jetbrains, kind of like Circle CI/Travis CI. Or if this is a new TeamCity feature for editing build configurations. I'd assume the latter - that this is a new TeamCity server feature. But the confusing thing is there are now 3 ways to edit a build configuration with two formats. The classic UI way, a Kotlinfile way, and now this new YAML way. And a "3.5" which is, if you enable VCS backups of build configurations, it gets stored as XML. Assuming best intentions I'd hope there's some kind of behind the scenes integration going on to consolidate at least the classic UI way and the YAML way.
