As in, "I have a health issue that requires the reasonable accommodation of only working 9-5 hours, here is a doctor's note."? Is it really that simple?
- falcolas 4y agoYes. Reasonable accomodations for physical issues are mandated by the ADA, and recently they have started applying it to mental issues as well. Its worth going through; the worst that can happen is they say no (or, admittedly, fabricate a reason to fire you), but you’ll know where you stand.
